They were a pleasure to work with. Helped me navigate the replacement of a malfunctioning crawlspace dehumidifier (which I was alerted to thanks to a humidity monitoring system installed by A Healthy Home a year earlier), assisted me in recouping replacement costs from the manufacturer due to warranty, and ultimately performed the new install. Thank you so much to Kip for helping identify and resolve all the issues.
Kip has been so easy to work with since he first installed a dehumidifier in our basement a few years ago. We needed it serviced and again he has been great to work with. Honest and reliable. The original one was still under warranty, so we’ve gotten a new one with a 5 year warranty. I highly recommend Kip.
Kip at A Healthy Home encapsulated our 1940's home in Highlands several years ago, and it has made a huge difference in terms of dampness/mold. We should have done it sooner. This many years later, Kip is still extremely helpful, helping us troubleshoot an issue with the dehumidifier. He is very trustworthy and easy to work with.
