As a 70 year old with several health issues I have surrounded myself with the best physicians and medical providers. However, my biggest disappointment had been the decline in my endurance and loss of muscle mass until I found the best fitness, balance. and circuit trainer. That being Ken Symanski at A Healthier Me. Got great results from the best personal trainer.

Highly recommend Kenny as a trainer. Flexible with my crazy work schedule. Very knowledgeable. Tailored workouts to achieve maximum results. Good times, made it fun.
Over a 18 month period Ken has provided me with coaching on the right foods to eat and the best workout plans to lose weight in a healthy way. I lost 30 pounds total while losing fat and building muscle. Thanks Ken!!
