We hired Sprague to complete a full reconfiguring of an entire floor of our house. As a residential architect, I interviewed several contractors early on and checked references. Sprague Construction is by far the BEST contractor I've ever worked with. Not only did they show up every day and stick to the timeline, but they were super prompt to respond every time I reached out. As a second home-owner, their online messaging platform made it easy to communicate specifics in writing, and it provided a place for the team to post progress pictures at the end of each day. Edit: The response to this rating is detached from reality, which seems to be the normal range of operation for Casey and company, at “Sprague construction”. Nice try tho, my guy. I guess Steve’s idea of “professional conduct”, is watching his operations manager sit around the office bad mouthing customers to everyone in the company, while having “fun with color coded stationary”.
