We hired Sprague to complete a full reconfiguring of an entire floor of our house. As a residential architect, I interviewed several contractors early on and checked references. After our due diligence we selected Sprague and were extremely glad we did. My wife and I needed new flooring and new bathrooms, badly. The carpets were old, stained, & musty and everything in the bathrooms had to be original to the 1969 house. The team at Sprague Construction revamped the place: gutted & rebuilt 2.5 bathrooms, replaced 2000 sq ft of flooring, and found some scary hardwired appliances that needed to be brought up to code. They did an awesome job and I'll be hiring them again for work we need done in the future.
Sprague Construction is by far the BEST contractor I've ever worked with. Not only did they show up every day and stick to the timeline, but they were super prompt to respond every time I reached out. As a second home-owner, their online messaging platform made it easy to communicate specifics in writing, and it provided a place for the team to post progress pictures at the end of each day.
