Had tom come out to give and give me a price on concrete because he was recommended by a Neighbor and it took him a week and a half to get back to me that is after I text him over and over after the work was done the side walk was as hilly as the yard and I told him the reason I wanted the sidewalk was so I would have a flat surface to walk to my back yard.
