I have been going to Whitney at A Hand 2 Heal to help manage my chronic pain for over ten years, sometimes only every few months when I moved away for school, and for the past several years I have gone every two weeks. Today was my 24th anniversary and my husband booked a couples massage. He paid 1/2 down as required and confirmed the time. With the hustle and bustle of life he made a mistake and we reported for our scheduled time at 2pm instead of 12pm. We were charged $300 for a missed appointment instead of being accommodated with rescheduling for the misunderstanding. This will definitely not be the day to remember we had hoped for but what an expensive mistake.
