Very unprofessional. Made mistakes/errors on taxes and refused to fix it and still demanded payment. When asked about mistakes, became belligerent and wouldn't allow my wife to get a word in. Would not recommend this company. Because my wife signed the return, we were still forced to pay her. My wife sent the first payment certified, and the owner refused to sign for it. We will be filing Form 14157-A with the IRS.
I would NEVER recommend this company she's extermely unprofessional and very combative.
