They charged us hundreds of dollars for our system, then sold the business to Guardian without any warning or notice. Guardian has the worst reviews and we're being treated horribly by their company. The customer service people are rude and ignorant. The supervisors, especially Eric have been dismissive, argumentative and completely lacking in any customer service etiquette. They've given us top of the line equipment, fair and competitive pricing, and most importantly- peace of mind that our property is safe in their hands.
