We had them come out for our unit not cooling a couple months ago. The guy replaced the transformer and rewired our thermostat. He told us it was probably caused by lightning. Then Doug came out because the unit is still not cooling properly and leaking and told us the other guy had not put it in his notes that lightning caused it so Doug would not tell our insurance company that lightning was the cause. Making it to where we now have paid over $800 to this company and probably will still need a new unit but at our own cost ... read more

I would NOT recommend their service to anyone. I contacted the company told them what I needed and to give me a quote on replacement which is FREE. Doug turned around and asked to check it instead of replacing and charged me a service fee. Only to tell me it needs to be replaced. Recently had them to clean a ice machine which was running fine. Upon cleaning it a part magically breaks and I am responsible for that. Charged over $400 for that visit. Still no ice or cleaning. Came back with the part worked on it charged almost ... read more

This company is very rude and unprofessional. I spoke to Doug the owner in regards to getting an AC unit repaired. He is unintelligent with his words and very disrespectful. Customer service is truly not at the forefront with this company.
