DO NOT use them! They installed my air-con on a weatherboard house next the window so they could charge me an extra $150 dollars. Nothing but noise & vibrations. They should have known better. I wanted it on the ground, but they bullied me to put it on the wall. I had to pay another installer an extra $500 dollars to fix the mess.
He did such a fantastic job on my air conditioner i'll definitely be going back to these guys
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The only concern is money and paying up rather then complete jobs satisfactory. Go elsewhere !!!!
