Had an EXCELLENT experience with A+ Gutters! They truly were "A+++++" for me. They recently completed a gutter replacement, some repairs for us, and some screen repair on my lanai. So glad I only had to make one call for all my issues. The attention to detail was impressive. Made a total mistake choosing them! I wanted a downspout removed and the gutter pitched. "Sure no problem"..... Came out twice and the gutter still holds water, and now leaks onto my entrance walkway. I even asked to have the downspout put back in and they wanted to charge me.... Yes, they wanted to charge me to correct their mistake. They made promises and were not able to do the job correctly. They simply want to take your money. Initial install, to include an underground drainage system, was done November 2024 by A+ Gutters. There was no operational check done once the underground system was completed to make sure there were no issues with overflow, leaks, blockage. Also, The underground piping came up in a few locations within a day of its install and a portion of underground install was outside the boundary area of my property line. After several reachouts over the course of 2 to 3 days, A+ Gutters came out on a Saturday morning to address by redi... read more

WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, Jon doesn't seem to value anybody time but his own. We had an appointment scheduled Jon confirmed the appointment the day prior,jon was notified when I was enroute 22 minutes away, I arrived Jon was nowhere to be found. Waited for John for 15 minutes, within that 15 minutes I called Jon twice and texted, and got no response.
