Called this company to fix my dishwasher that was leaking. Showed up on time and was very professional making me feel comfortable letting a stranger in my house. He figured out the issue and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes and even reloaded my dishwasher for me. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone who wants quality service at a fair price. Love supporting good local small businesses!
I've had both sides of the coin with him. The first time I called him to fix something was great. I set up a same day appointment and he was in and out with problem fixed in about an hour. However the second time I tried to utilize him I couldn't get a hold of him. Called multiple times, left a voicemail that was never returned, filled out an inquiry on line, etc.... I never heard from him. So I guess I'd have to say he is about average with both hits and misses in terms of service.
Bill came to our home to repair our oven, he was very courteous and professional he identified the problem as well as had parts on hand to make repair. Our oven wasn't able to be repaired because of to much damage but I would definitely use this company again and recommendations to everyone.
Should have paid attention to the negative reviews. Had service call out to my house to look at my refrigerator due to a slow water dispenser that kept gradually getting slower, guy came out and took 15 minutes looking at it and told me it was a frozen water line and that I needed to pull the filter out and change the temperature settings on the fridge to a few degrees warmer, charged me 50 bucks and then left.
