I was a little skeptical based on other reviews and experience with another cargo terminal so I called ahead and had a very friendly response. I was greeted with the same friendliness when I arrived and had my cargo loaded up a few minutes later.
A Group needs to have a better people to answer the phone. The Man who answered the phone was rude and very unprofessional.
