Started my process back in October 2023. Lots of hoops to jump through, but that was certainly expected and explained to me in the very beginning by Elizabeth S. She held my hand through the entire process and reassured me every step of the way. Finally got cleared a couple of weeks ago through the county and was in touch with another gem at Greater Hope named Isela. I could not ask for a better advocate in my corner. Last week I got my first baby, and we are having the time of our lives. Thank you, Greater Hope.
I have been working with the agency since December. My husband and I have done all of our steps within hours of being instructed to, and as teachers, keep hitting road blacks delaying our adoption process. We aren’t hearing back from our developer or higher up, after reaching out, time and time again. We are growing concerned that this is not a good fit. Hopefully they can get back to us through a review because voicemails, texts, and emails aren’t working… We have become VERY concerned.
This is such a wonderful Agency to work with. They are a great support team for children/family and resources families. My husband and I feel them walking by our side in helping these kiddos.
