Visited the Washington Street, Alexandria location about a year ago, and had an excellent experience. On this particular occasion May was the masseuse. May was professional and friendly. I exercise a good bit so the applied deep tissue massage was much needed and greatly appreciated. The booking process was easy and the telephone customer service line was also useful.
