I love it and so does my dog Good: I liked how clean it was and how nice and informative the girls were. Bad: The only down side is the parking, I came in during the 5:00 rush hour, but I was told I could park by the canal right behind the shop, I will do that next time and walk Trigger before his bath to tire him out a bit.. Improvements: I would like to see them do well I want them to stick around to groom Trigger and my soon to be new puppy.. A Grateful Dog loves your animals as if they were their own!!! We make the drive from Plainfield as well. I have a Malshi and she came back cute as ever. I have no complaints and would recommend her highly to all. Wonderful experience!!!
Cute little shop I loved it. I had a great expierence with my little dog Sophie (a maltese) not only was the hair on Sophie done exactly how I wanted, the people were friendly and polite. The place was very clean and smelled nice. I will be bringing Sophie back in a few weeks as well as my moms yorkie.
