I made two appointments for one day with A Grate of Lees Summit--1 for my house and another for our cabin. I took a day off work specifically for these chimney cleanings. I have a voicemail from them confirming the day and times. They didn't show up at either place and wouldn't answer any of my calls and I still haven't heard from them. Nice business practices. I would give them zero stars if I had the option.
Video camera showed the necessary repairs. Explained options. Prompt, efficient, friendly. Reasonable costs
