My husband took my son here today and the lady Absolutely butchered his hair. Will have to take him elsewhere to fix it, very disappointed.

Let me preface: The hair cut isn’t terrible. I’m not sure if maybe today was a bad day for Polly or if this is what to expect but this was my first time at A Grand Salon and let me tell you, customer service skills are severely lacking. I walked in, was barely greeted, stood there for a few minutes before I was told where I could sit as there wasn’t any chairs other than the salon chairs.
