Russell showed up right on time, had his own generator and water supply, and did an amazing summer cut on my little chi-poo. He is very gentle and my doggie felt safe with him. He did a beautiful job, including removing the matted fur around her lady parts. Very happy with this groomer!
When the groomer came to my door, I explained to him that my dog had surgery on his right rear leg about 8 weeks ago, and to please be careful. He said ok and they walked out to the van. As they were walking back to the house, I noticed my dog limping badly on his right rear foot. When my dog was inside the house I noticed he wouldn't walk on that foot at all. When I asked about it, the groomer didn't have anything to say. WHAT HAPPENED?!
