I deal with Casey Zimmerman with A Grand Event twice a year, (for the last 4 years), for our business events! She is wonderful! Every time has been easy with absolutely no issues! I Highly recommend!
I highly recommend their services and I look forward to hiring them again! Ali Kuchman and her team designed, organized and delivered a fantastic tent/light system for my sister's graduation party this past Summer. It truly was a grand event. The structure was solid and withstood the powerful wind/rain storm the night before. Our guests greatly enjoyed the party and are still talking about it to this day (even now in December)!
We had a quick turnaround event for our clients and needed to secure a tent, flooring and have options for heat and cooling. Casey stepped in and gave us what felt like a one stop shop. Team arrived for a site visit to make sure plans were good to go and then the day of the event they set up with ease and with much direction. Great crew who arrived on time for set up and strike. As the planner for this event (Hummingbird Planning Consulting Event Design, LLC), Matthew made it SO easy to not only book the chairs but gave me great confidence everything would be handled on time and efficiently. His team delivered, set up the chairs to our specs, and was there right on time at the end of the party to get them. l couldn't recommend them more for rentals and can't wait to use them again!
This company is fantastic! I had a DIY backyard wedding, and they constructed my vision perfectly! Casey helped me organize, and I appreciate her patience as I went back and forth on many details! She is the best! The tent team constructed exactly what I was hoping for and hid the generators perfectly! I highly recommend using them for your event!!
