This lady with Grand Affair in Pearland TX. Carla Coleman is a fraud. When you decide not to use her services....SHE WILL NOT give you your refund which is stated in HER CONTRACT. SHE WILL STOP RESPONDING TO ALL TEXT MESSAGES, PHONE CALLS, AND E-MAILS....when it's time to refund your money. SHE IS RIDICULOUS AND CALLS HER SELF A PROFESSIONAL!! NOT
Don't even think about using this company, the waitstaff never showed up for the wedding, unbelivable.
Do NOT use this vendor. I attempted to hire a bartender through this co. Everything went fine, at first. She sent me a contract and I sent her the signed contract and payment. I contacted her a week or so later and they told me everything was fine. It wasn't until 3 days before my event my mother-in-law told me that the check hadn't cleared. I contacted them. (I offered to come down and immediately pay.) They told me it wasn't necessary. That my name was on the books and I could pay them the day of. The day of no one shows. ... read more
