Honest! So glad we tried these guys!!! Fantastic service. Had my GWM Cannon Ute due for its 65k service. Concerned about my brakes and let me know prior. Agreed we will definitely get it done at next service. They changed my cabin filter and showed me how bad it was.... I was gobsmacked, considering it was supposedly changed at its 55k service (by Ultra Tune Traralgon- will never go back - the filter still had the date on it, and it was ORIGINAL!! - which they also changed me over $400 for that particular service!!!!) Booked in here for a service, quoted $300. Then a phone call at 12.00, it needs brake pads, $215. Ok is that it? Yes. Another call at 4pm, your rotors are cooked. $1000 later and the handbrake is not even adjusted, 10 clicks high. Maybe I shouldn't expect so much, but a licensed rwc tester and the handbrake not even right. Communication was poor, workmanship was poor, will not be back nor recommending this place.
Dinesh and his wife went out of their way to assist with my new car, their communication was prompt, clear, and service with a smile, would definately recommend.
The customer service and the work carried out was excellent
