Brilliant service. I needed an urgent tap repair and had a choice of 3 plumbers to choose from. I picked A grade at random and gave them a call. A very friendly receptionist (Michelle) took down the details and passed me on to Karen (an equally friendly receptionist) to organize the plumber.
