I've downgraded my review for A Grade Automotive after my recent experience. It's regretable because I was a satisfied customer, but I won't be coming back and will be looking for a new workshop to service and repair my vehicles. Apparently (so I'm told by an employee) an investor has bought 50% of this business, so I think the prices have shot up substantially to make a return on their investment.
