Luke was wonderful the minute I walked in the store-- met the other deals and helped me choose the best mattress for me! I am SUPER impressed with follow up and the delivery drivers. The delivery went smooth- all the way up in Boone, NC! They were polite, knowledgeable, and neat! They even took the wrapping off the new mattress carefully so they could put it on the other mattress we are moving to another room. WOW- what a great representation of the company! :)
Went into goodnight sleep store looking for a bed. Found a great bed for my kid for the right price ! Lucas showed me around and was a great help! Loved the experience. 403124136
I did quite a bit of research on the stores and mattresses. Ended up at the Goodnight Sleepstore in Raleigh on Glenwood. Clay was very helpful and knowledgeable-- not high pressure. Gave me a great deal and the mattress he recommended is fantastic. Delivery took about a 10 days because the mattress had to be ordered. Worked with Luke on the delivery and he was very good also. I had a tight delivery window and Luke accommodated my schedule. Great place to buy a bed.
