Never knew I needed this in my life! Margie was absolutely amazing. She clearly understands fascia and mobility, and I felt the difference right away. I left feeling more mobile than I have in months, totally relaxed, and wonderfully refreshed. Highly recommend!
Margie’s stretches have become a regular routine for me. Always friendly and welcoming, but more important the stretch treatment has had a massive impact on my overall physical wellbeing.
Have been seeing Margie for stretches for the last 10 months and I love how one stretch can fix everything! Haven’t needed to call on any other therapist’s this year for my usual upkeep.
I began having weekly stretch sessions four years ago, a few months after I retired from my sedentary job. My posture has improved, I move more freely and more confidently, my body feels stronger, I have greater range of movement. Margie's professionalism is much appreciated, as is her ability to adjust the programme to suit any changing needs. I simply feel better than I ever could have imagined.
Margies stretch sessions are amazing . I walk in like a robot and leave with a feeling of lightness and almost float over the ground. I would give Margie 10 stars if google had them .
