Mark and his associate (Nick) came to my home due to some serious plumbing concerns on 4/23/24. I was referred by my sister and her husband who also gave them an A+++ rating. I couldn’t be more pleased. Mark was extremely impressive professionally, and he also presents with good interpersonal skills as does his associate Nick. Reliable, timely, quality work and reasonable cost. Mark Clancy took care of a shower diverter issue at my brother’s property in RI and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommend.
Not very reliable. Completely ghosted me and would not answer any of my messages. Started working on my heating system and left it in less working condition than when he started now have to find another plumber/hvac person. I asked him if he could at least recommend someone else and never responded.
