Jeff is a great mechanic with over 45 years of experience, and he can diagnose a problem almost immediately. He explains what is wrong in a way that is easy to understand, fixes it quickly, and doesn't overcharge for the work or try to get you for any extra BS that isn't needed. He is even willing to tell you how to do a repair if it is something that you can do on your own to save money. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to A Good Mechanic!
I took my car to this shop to diagnose a misfire along with getting the automatic transmission serviced. Not only did they NOT fill my transmission fluid properly causing it to slip and damaged it but they also charged me for plug wires that they didn't install!!! I'm now having to get an engine and transmission swap because of what they did to my vehicle. Don't take any vehicle to this shop!!!! They're not good let alone honest mechanics!!!!!
Jeff talked me through properly bleeding my radiator in the most straightforward possible LOL. He could have had me tow it in and charged me $100’s for an hour of work and a $15 dollar part but no he talked me through it and got me going again.
Says he doesn’t install customer supplies lmao all oem from z1 known for oem plus parts and doesn’t want to do the job
I called to get an estimate and the man who answered the call was incredibly condescending. He told me he wouldn’t even look at my truck.
