I would give zero stars if that was an option. Worst trash service ever. I have paid them around $90 since I started service in August. They advertise less than $4 per week. Then yesterday my trash wasnt picked up. I called and they claim I didnt pay my bill. I have receipts showing where I have. I sent proof that I paid to the lady and was told she would call me back about the truck picking it up. She didnt. I called back yesterday evening and left another voicemail. Still no response . Five star service. Always pick up on time and never any hassles.
Very terrible customer service, they never answer and they're always rude if, they call you back we had moved on a Wednesday and trash pickup is a Monday they never came to the new residents after making us move our dumpster so after 2 weeks of them not picking up the trash all they came and emptied was the tote they left five bags and two boxes which would have easily fit in the tote had they had came on Monday
