They were one of two companies we looked at to replace our basement windows. While the other company gave us a quote and then said it was up to us, Glass Block Vision was intentional about pursuing our business, not in an overwhelming pushy way, but personally showing they cared and wanted to provide quality service for us and our home. A glass block vision did excellent work for us. They were kind, courteous on time and did an amazing job. The owner spent time with us to figure out what we really needed and wanted and then they really delivered. Their estimate was very reasonable and the crew that came and put in our glass block windows did a great job and even went above and beyond cleaning some things up. I highly recommend them.

I had multiple windows installed in my old home. The craftsmanship is impeccable. The men were very thorough with clean up (removing old windows, vacuuming debris). All and all I am very happy with my new windows. There were some issues and hiccups with the process, but the company swiftly responded and addressed my concerns. Not many companies out there nowadays would take that seriously. 5/5 since they worked with us every step of the way and did an amazing job with the windows.
