I rented a small 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex. While living at this property I kept it neat and clean. I hired A Georges’s Clean Cleaning to complete the bond clean when I moved out and paid in full her quote of $610. I hired her 3 days before the inspection to be completed. The exit report noted basic cleaning had not been completed such as dirt in window tracks, marks on walls, glass not cleaned in bathrooms and other small basic cleaning requirements.
