Company came recommended by my contractor. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a particular technician. He broke an old pipe using a snake (which is forgivable) but he didn’t spot the broken pipe on first or return visit despite us complaining of the strong smell of sewage. If he had checked the crawl space he clearly would have seen the issue. Soon after we had a basement flood and very expensive clean up remediation. Will not use again.
