Tell your drivers to learn how to drive. Your guy was so close to side swiping my car on the parkway this morning. Then proceeded to cut me off. Plate XMR-D24. As soon as he realized I was going to take his pic he took off. Not a good look when your company is plastered all over companies work truck. It’s safe to assume we will never use your business if your drivers can’t even get to a job without putting others in danger.
I recently had the pleasure of using A- General Plumbing for a kitchen sink clog, and I couldn't be more impressed. The plumber, Carl, was exceptional-he was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. He quickly identified the issue with my sink, explained how he was going to fix it, and got to work efficiently. I had a leak within my condo. I contacted A-1 to address the issue. It was a faulty water connection between my water supply to the toilet, simply replacing a hose. My plumber was great. It took him 5 minutes to replace, but the cost was well over anything I expected to pay. I’m very disappointed that such a simple fix could cost me so much.
Carmelo was here in 3 hours from my call for service. He was professional and kind. He thoroughly explained the issue and resolved it efficiently. He also gave recommendations for further action which was appreciated. Thanks!
