When my AC condenser stopped working, I went with General Heating & Cooling because they are locally owned and some of the larger companies nearby had tried to screw me in previous years. Because they are located nearby and offer Solon air conditioning repairs, they were able to make a service call the next day (despite a packed schedule). My furnace and AC condenser were 20 years old, and Steve had estimated what it would take to fix, but also let me know about redundant costs if I were to replace it in a year or two.
