this is by far the worst place to live in Palm Beach County. I highly recommend anyone looking to rent or buy stays far away. They keep the facilities absolutely horrendous. Everything is filthy and not well kept. Given I am paying money to live there and they’re not taking care of the property… What’s the point in them having my money? The fact that nothing is being taken care of and the entirety of the property is run poorly and they continue to raise rates… Does that make sense to you? Nice community of working class families. Some trailers are very well maintained, and next to those are junky ones. The community has 2 nice pools with only a couple of chairs. Nice playground area, but community also advertises a work out room. There isn't one. No one ever seems to be at the community center to open or unlock doors or pools. Very frustrating.
They never answer the phone and never call you back when you leave a voicemail. I’ve literally called the office over 50 times and not once have they answered or called back! No transparency or accountability at this place!!
I have called and I have emailed twice. (I have been told for years now the same BS) Absolutely no response to this email👇 Your community is NOT happy and the lot rent just keeps rising! The amenities we were promised years ago when we moved in are STILL NOT OPEN OR WORKING. 💔
