The folks here are fantastic!
What a disappointing experience. I went in here while on a run (no other stores around), needing to buy a hat or something (anything!) to cover my head because of the cold and was really struggling, very far from home and needing to run back. I was so happy when I wandered into a store that had hundreds of hats and ear coverings hanging up everywhere. I visited the shop today and found exactly what I was looking for straight away. While browsing, I found another yarn that I like that was marked down. The lovely person working there took the time to help me check the yardage for a pattern and make sure that they had enough of the yarn left in the color I wanted. We had a lovely chat and I will definitely make the trip up there again. 10/10 !
