They put my life at risk please be careful here Took my truck here for an alignment after replacing my pitman arm myself — I know for a fact I installed the castle nut and cotter pin correctly. A little over a month later, I found the pitman arm completely disconnected from the center link. The nut and pin were gone, and the joint was barely hanging on.
