Gary and his team have moved us twice in the past 3 months and each time they were on time, efficient and friendly. I really appreciated Gary completing a free in home assessment beforehand as this took the pressure off me correctly describing our furniture and driveway requirements. Thanks boys!
Had move booked for Tuesday. They cancelled our move at 4pm Friday of a long weekend stating that the weather was too hot and they had no other availability for a week. Rang around in a panic and not one other company was cancelling because of the weather. They were all just starting earlier and putting more people on to get the job done. Not helpful when new people were moving in the day after we were supposed to move out qnd A&G were unapologetic and unhelpful.

If I could put zero stars in, I would. Gary and his employee moved our furniture back into our home today (from our garage). We first arranged for him to come to the home we were staying in while renovating. We were sent a message from the office that they would be at our place between 8-8.30. Gary arrived at 7.30 and seemed pretty annoyed that we weren't ready. He then loaded what he needed to and drove off without saying a word. So we rushed into our car and met him at our place.
