Awful experience, purchased an item from this company via their eBay store, they sent the incorrect item then stalled the returns process to the point eBay had to get involved, I even had to pay the return postage because they sent a non valid returns label. They are either incompetent or dishonest, pick one ! I highly recommend NOT using this company based on my experience.
I ordered some goggles and gloves, they were expected around a week after i bought ( standard delivery) it’s been nerly 3 weeks now and still nothing. I’ve called twice and though they said they would look into it and get back to me they still haven’t…
Ordered some red thor pants from here, my first time wearing these they ripped on the seem i contacted the customer service and waited 2 days for a reply, there reply was short blunt and nothing usefull. I would not recommend ordering from this place as there customer service is terrible and they are not quick to solve problems.
Brought some gloves ripped when putting them on , was told to return only got half the refund .
Great place for spares,well stocked and they are on line as well,friendly service
