Ordered some red thor pants from here, my first time wearing these they ripped on the seem i contacted the customer service and waited 2 days for a reply, there reply was short blunt and nothing usefull. I would not recommend ordering from this place as there customer service is terrible and they are not quick to solve problems.
Brought some gloves ripped when putting them on , was told to return only got half the refund .
Great place for spares,well stocked and they are on line as well,friendly service
AVOID. I paid £6.99 for 24 hour express tracked delivery and it took 5 days. When it was finally delivered,Royal Mail advised me to get a refund from this company as it was a joke to pay that amount as they hadn't even attempted to post it for at least 3 days after paying and then try and blame Royal Mail. I had several parcels form other companies that were basic delivery and delivered before. AG still refuses to refund the delivery charge. Will never use these again.
5 Star service!! Ordered an Alpinestar helmet for my son but it was to big, they exchanged without any problems. Great communication and prompt delivery. Would definitely recommend this company
