Хамство, некомпетентность, наглость и жлобство характеристика персонала аптеки. Мне продали неисправный аппарат для инземоения давления. Когда я пытался вернуть назавтра - отказались вернуть деньги. Сказали store credit. Я согласился. Вернуть деньги была эпопея. Мне в итоге дали салфетки и туалетную бумагу, но отказались упаковать, при этом сказали что я должен был предвидеть и взять пакет с собой. Отказались взять товар назад. Что нести абсолютно неудобно, девушку на кассе не интересовало.
Rude staff, first and worst experience
The lady who answers the phone calls is EXTREMELY RUDE. She does NOT speak fluent english and gets annoyed when others do not understand what she is trying to say? I simply tell her to repeat herself and she literally just hung up??? With staffs like this I can’t imagine how bad the experience will be in store.
