Every time I come you guys are never open. I drove all the way from the other side of town because the other stores near me close early and it says this store closes at 7 pm online, UPDATE THE STORE HOURS ON GOOGLE!!! I get here at 6:10 pm and it says they close at 6 pm! So frustrating, I wanted to try some new products and I’m never on this side of town anymore, you guys made me waste gas for no reason. Terrible business management
I wanted to like this store until I asked the owner for a specific product in a specific color. She gave me what SHE THOUGHT was the correct product. Nothing is labeled. so when I brought it back because it wasn’t what I asked for, I was told too bad because it’s opened and she can’t resell it. The only way to see if it was the correct product was to open it.
Made an online purchase. Store has great variety, good prices and payment options. Fast shipping. Excellent communication and customer service. Highly recommend.
