1.My designer suggested wrong grout color for me,when the day the workers applied grout, it looked totally not okay. 2.My designer gave a attitude while a problem occur.She said " I can't read your mind,I don't know this is the way you want" and " you are the one that want a lower price,I try to cut the budget so you can have a lower price, the way that you want cause you more money,that's why I don't mention this to you" She blamed on me not paying enough money to them.Her attitude made me feel really bad. 3.Base on what ha... read more
We just had our master bath updated by replacing the tub/shower combination with a walk in shower and the vanity counter replaced with granite and an under counter sink. We couldn't be happier with the results. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the attention to detail during the installation process. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathrooms.
