We visited the Mid Can Door booth at the Home Renovation Show, and talked about a new garage door for our home. They were able to provide us with samples of a Canadian based garage door company (Garex) and went over our options for adding windows. Installers were great, we're super happy with the door. Customer service and communication throughout the process was great. We'd recommend Mid Can Door to anyone looking to replace their garage door or requiring service to an existing door.
On Friday June the 6th the overhead door left spring broke and it was impossible to lift the door by hand. It was approximately 12:30 pm. I went on line searching for a repair company. I decided to call Mid - Can Door. They gave me a price over the phone and had a guy nearby. He was here within half an hour but didn’t have the required spring. Great service, they changed spring and installed bottom rubber on our garage door. From the call time to acctual tech coming in took about 2.5 hours. Fast repair and fair price!
