It lost power in middle of wash. Have to find another wash to wash soap off car. Update, not only did it lose power mid wash, it overcharge me.

My card was accepted but did not receive a car wash. No lights came on...nothing happened. I spent $8 for NOTHING. I called both phone numbers listed on the pay box -- NO ONE ANSWERED (and I called a few times!). I left a message and I'm STILL WAITING on a callback and refund. It's been four days, so I'm not holding my breath.
