MAYTAG dryer repaired today by Jeremy at A&G. Service was fantastic! This was the 1st warranty service my wife and I have had where they actually had the parts needed on his truck. Best service we have ever hadl Service was completed within an hour of arriving.
Jeremy was very professional, on time, knew exactly what he was doing and even had the part for my washer on his truck. Now that's a win, win!
Do not waste your time. I called them and had an appointment for Tuesday. The tech never showed up. Called back and they said they could come out Friday. They did and tried a repair and instructed me to call if the issue continued and they would replace the component. The issue wasn’t fixed and I’ve called back 3 separate days and the man I spoke to says he’ll call back once he looks up the part. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.
