Do NOT call these people for your service. Our washer had a spin cycle problem. The technician did come out to fix the problem and charged us about $125 to replace a $100 pump problem (took < 45min to replace). As soon as he left there seemed to be a new problem which was a jerky noise coming from stopping the washer after the spin cycle so we called him back and Jeff - the owner picked up the phone and said he would try to have the technician return which he did within few minutes.
