I scheduled an appointment in February 2026 and waited four months to be seen. After completing all paperwork and confirming my appointment, I drove to the office only to be told it had been canceled without my knowledge. The receptionist said the office had somehow recorded my phone number incorrectly and had been calling and texting the wrong person, which is why I wasn’t notified.
