By far the kindest staff! They were always responsive, accommodating and yes, exceptionally friendly. I rented a unit for a year during a difficult housing transition and they sincerely helped ease the stress. The pricing was very competitive and I didn’t have any issues with the facility or unit. This place was a lifesaver. We had a house fire a couple years ago and had to find a storage place quickly and for a reasonable price. Ron and AFSP were quick to respond and move in was easy. If you need a storage place in San Rafael, this is the place.
By far the best storage unit place. The name is true to its name. Tracy is a sweet heart and very accomadating. Ron is a fair and just guy. They are like family. The spaces are clean, its dry inside, clean, and safe.
I had an excellent experience with this storage facility. The staff went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free.
