I may not be a customer myself, but a few of my close friends that I've recently helped move in are. And from what I can tell the place is well maintained, safe, and the customer service goes above and beyond.
Love this place! Never thought I'd have a reason to speak so highly about a storage facility, but here I am. Ron and Tracy were fantastic, me and my partner were given a full walkthrough and informed of the (genuinely interesting!) history of the space and the improvements that Ron himself has taken on in his 30 years at the helm. Would highly reccomend to any artists, creatives, professionals, or otherwise well-meaning people in the San Rafael area and beyond. Thanks y'all!
If you are looking for safe place to store and safeguard things you care about, Friendly Storage is a great choice. They go above and beyond to accommodate and help you. Tracy is incredibly reliable and dependable. This place is a no-brainer as it comes to storage in Marin.
A Friendly Storage Pl. is really fantastic.. they have competitive pricing,a price that’s very competitive, very friendly and helpful staff, and great owner Ron who make sure everything can work out for you. After looking around and dealing with a lot of big companies charging a lot, but not having the best customer servants, this place has been a fantastic find. I believe I have rented a locker here for over 10 years. The staff is very professional any issues they are on top of it. The entire building is very clean and well maintained. They are also very compassionate about situations that arise in life and are willing to work with you. They go above board to make sure their clients are happy.
