I had such a great experience with A Friendly Carpet. They first came out to clean my area rug and did such an amazing job that I had them come back to do the loft and bedroom in my new apartment. They were efficient, friendly, and very professional from start to finish. Everything looks and feels so much cleaner, and my whole apartment honestly feels refreshed. I highly recommend A Friendly Carpet to anyone in the Bayonne or Jersey City area looking for quality work and great service.

Paul did an exceptional job on my area rug, stairs and my 4 exrra large counter stools. The stools were very difficult and he put in a lot of extra work! They look like new! Thank you Paul. I highly recommend :-)

Paul was prompt and very professional. Our attic carpets had never been cleaned before, and had many stains. He was able to get them out with no issue.

Horrible service don't recommend at all. Gives me a price of $150 over the phone and then up charges to $200 for one small bedroom and another mid sized room that he didn't even completely clean, only a portion. Spent only an hour on the job and said he'd be there for hours when he was selling me on $200. Left the carpet wet and now the smell is not only gone but worse than before. Paul came last minute, I called him the day of. He squeezed me in & he took care of everything I needed. My dog was sick & ruined my furniture, Paul came to fix it. I appreciate him so much! So personable &! Professional, I will always call Paul for my upholstery needs. Thank you Paul!
