I have been seeing Alex for several months now and she has been a joy to work with. It has been a pleasure to find a therapist as helpful and personable as her. It has been so beneficial to work on my goals together with Alex.
This business was a strange experience for me. I had Laura as a therapist and kinda felt constantly gaslighted. She wouldn’t remember our sessions from one to the next which I tried to be forgiving of as I knew I was not her only client and I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with everyone but it got to the point where she wouldn’t remember and would also go so far as to argue with me about details of my own life I would share in addition to claiming that I didn’t tell her things that we had talked about during the last session. I'm not pleased with this facility at all. They are very unprofessional. We were supposed to have a virtual video appointment with Peggy during a ice storm at 6p.m. She never called or emailed us to do the appointment. Not only that, she was supposed to reschedule after the appointment that she never contacted us for. I've reached out to her more than 3 times to reschedule.
