I'm not pleased with this facility at all. They are very unprofessional. We were supposed to have a virtual video appointment with Peggy during a ice storm at 6p.m. She never called or emailed us to do the appointment. Not only that, she was supposed to reschedule after the appointment that she never contacted us for. I've reached out to her more than 3 times to reschedule. The front desk woman is disgusting. Never pleasant and always in an awful mood. Been going here for 2 years and have never had a good experience with her.
Dwayne is great. Unfortunately, I can’t get in to see him. I have called and called, and the front desk staff does not answer phone calls. One would assume that maybe they’re just busy, and they’re taking other calls, but I tried on multiple occasions across many different days, and you just can’t get a person to answer the phone. It's a shame that their intake staff admits to not knowing anything about insurance...and then when you voice it is concerning to hear this MISS JULIE gives you attitude because it shouldn't alarm you!!! Julie you work in a medical facility...a mental health medical facility!!! Your attitude can trigger the patient...you know the people whose insurance is paying your wages!!!
