Just called and he was shocked that I even called in. This guy doesn't run this business anymore and needs to stop promoting his business.
Called 7-18-17 and learned he didn't really do details anymore but still had the stuff so would, if he could use his buddy's place in Lawrence on Saturday. He would call back. Got a call the same evening saying still waiting to hear from his buddy, which was fine, great communication up to that point. Then, no word. I texted and I called Fri and Sat 7-21 and 7-22 and never heard back and our Sat appointment time passed with no further communication. Very frustrating to start out strong then disappear.
Great service!!!! I had Mr.Talley detail my hot rod and it turned out great! Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable at what he does. I also love the fact he can come to me! I was definitely satisfied and WILL be using A Fresh Start again. :)
